Police reports indicate that the suspect, identified as Samuel, allegedly attacked Mabel in her room, delivering a fatal wound to her neck. Following the incident, Samuel reportedly tried to take his own life by ingesting a poisonous substance. He was later found unconscious and transported to the Kasoa Polyclinic, where he remains stable but unresponsive.
