Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé has entered a major legal dispute with his former club, Paris Saint-Germain, demanding a total of €263 million connected to unsettled bonuses and salary issues. French reports reveal that part of this amount includes €55 million in wages he says were never paid during his final months at the club.

The conflict reportedly traces back to a contract disagreement and tensions that arose during his highly publicised transfer saga. Mbappé’s camp maintains that the money owed stems from obligations PSG failed to fulfil before his departure.

PSG, however, has firmly rejected these claims. The club insists that the large figure being circulated publicly relates instead to losses they believe were triggered when the player’s potential €300 million move fell through. After a recent tribunal session, PSG argued that they suffered extensive financial and contractual setbacks as a result of what they view as breaches of his agreement with the club.

Officials connected to PSG also maintain that the striker withheld critical information about his intention not to renew his contract, leading to nearly a year of complications for club planning and transfer negotiations.

The legal proceedings are still ongoing, with the tribunal expected to reconvene for a definitive ruling on the matter.
