Osofo Ajagurajah has asserted that the King of the Asante Kingdom, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, is not a human being but a god, similar to how Jesus was considered divine during his time on earth as a human being.
“I have biblical proof that the Asantehene is not a human being. Just as you believe Jesus is divine, even though he cried when slapped. You cannot speak against Asantehene.”
According to him, speaking against a god like the Asantehene could result in a divine punishment. In an interview on Opemsuo Radio monitored by News & Vibes, he said that even if one is spiritually strong, they are not strong enough before Otumfuo Osei Tutu.
He compared the Asante Kingdom to the Israelites, stating that they are direct descendants of the Israelites.
“The Israelites brought down the walls of Jericho with seven horns, and Asantehene also has seven horns. The Israelites had the Ark of the Covenant, as stated in the Bible, and similarly, Asantehene possesses one that he sometimes goes around it several times while wearing white,” he added.
