A fierce fire at Suame Mathias junction in the Ashanti Region has caused extensive destruction, reducing shops, five containers, and a two-bedroom apartment to rubble, leaving affected residents in desperate need of assistance.
Among those hardest hit is Mr. Emmanuel Otutu, who has lost all his properties in the blaze. Speaking amid his heartbreak, he noted that the fire did not appear to be caused by an electrical fault, suggesting it may have been deliberately set.
The local community is reeling from the disaster and urgently appealing for government intervention and support to help them recover from the loss.
Well-meaning Ghanaians are also being called upon to assist the victims as the Suame Mathias junction community struggles to rebuild their lives following the devastation.
