Legendary musician Daddy Lumba may have dominated the music industry with his hit songs, but when it comes to live stage performances, he falls short, according to media personality Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD).
Despite his impressive music catalog, Lumba’s stage presence has failed to impress, with KOD stating that the musician has “never had a good day on stage.”
Speaking on Joy FM’s Showbiz A-Z program, KOD emphasized that not all musicians are cut out for live performances, citing Lumba as a prime example. According to him, he’s a great musician with an incredible repertoire, but stage performance is not his forte.
KOD believes that some musicians prioritize recording hits over honing their stage skills, and it’s essential to acknowledge that not everyone is meant to perform live.
While Lumba’s music legacy remains untouched, his stage performances continue to disappoint, solidifying KOD’s assertion that even legendary musicians can struggle in this area.
