Attorney Maurice Ampaw has openly acknowledged that, prior to the death of his wife, he had an adulterous affair with his longtime friend Celestina.
His wife was terminally ill, so he kept the affair, which lasted for roughly seven years, hidden.
Ampaw referred to Celestina as a close friend who looked out for him as he traveled and was a major factor in keeping him away from temptation.
Celestina embraced her job as a side chick and continued to be an important part of his life even though she was aware of his married status.
After his wife’s death, Ampaw considered marrying Celestina to help care for his twin children, to which she agreed.
The lawyer also revealed having other relationships and fathering three daughters with different women, but emphasized that none were as serious as his relationship with Celestina.
