“It’s a Woman’s Fault If Her Man Cheats”

Fiona Wageci, who made the claim on Facebook, believes that women can prevent their partners from being unfaithful by ensuring they fulfill their roles in the relationship.

She suggested that a man would have no reason to cheat if his partner provides him with everything he needs, including home-cooked meals, massages, and overall peace of mind.

According to her, when a woman fails to meet these expectations, she creates the conditions for her partner’s infidelity.

Her comments did not stop there. She further argued that even if a man still cheats despite being well cared for, the woman is still to blame for not recognising warning signs earlier and choosing to stay in the relationship.

She advised women to leave at the first indication of trouble rather than settling for less.

The statement has triggered widespread reactions on social media, with many criticising her perspective as outdated and blaming women unfairly for a man’s personal choices.

Others, however, supported her view, saying that men are less likely to stray when they are content at home.

As the debate rages on, the topic of relationship roles and responsibility in infidelity remains a divisive issue among social media users.

“If a man cheats, the blame ultimately lies with the woman. For him to have both the time and reason to cheat, it reflects a failure on her part. A woman who truly respects her man will treat him like a king—cooking for him, massaging him, satisfying him sexually, and giving him peace of mind. With such treatment, why would he ever feel the need to cheat?
And if he still cheats after all of this, the responsibility still remains with the woman. She should have recognized the red flags and left long before it reached this point. As a woman, it is your duty to refuse to settle for less. If you notice red flags, don’t hesitate—leave immediately.
