Nigerian journalist Kemi Olunloyo has stirred intense reactions after revealing deeply personal and distressing details about her late father, former Oyo State Governor Victor Omololu Olunloyo.

In a series of emotional TikTok videos, Kemi, known for her controversial and outspoken nature, made shocking allegations against her father, claiming he subjected her and her siblings to severe physical and emotional abuse.

Kemi, who distanced herself from her father’s legacy, stated that the praises being heaped on him after his death did not reflect the reality of the family’s experience. She accused the former governor of traumatizing her and her siblings, sharing painful memories from their childhood.

One of the most disturbing claims was about an incident in which Kemi’s younger brother, Gbenga, was allegedly hung by his father from a ceiling fan after being accused of stealing at school.

According to Kemi, the beating was so brutal that the fan was switched on while Gbenga was suspended in the air. She also recounted how their father allegedly burned her brother’s back with a hot iron over a minor accusation, leaving scars that still remain.

Kemi claimed that one of the brothers, Oyeleke, died in a tragic accident shortly after returning from the ritual, and that her mother believed he had been sacrificed.

In another deeply personal revelation, Kemi accused her father and his wife, Ronke, of using juju on her first son, who she claimed returned from a trip to Nigeria mute and later developed autism.
