The Ghana Police Service has appealed to applicants in the 2025 recruitment exercise to remain patient as the e-recruitment system experiences a series of technical setbacks. Many applicants have struggled with receiving PINs, serial numbers, OTPs, and other essential digital requirements needed to complete their applications.

The Service acknowledged the disruptions in an official communication, noting that its technical team has already begun working to clear the faults. Every complaint lodged so far has been logged to ensure each one is handled without delay.

Applicants encountering difficulties have been advised to stay calm while the system is being restored. The Police Service also encouraged individuals facing persistent issues to reach out to the technical support unit through the dedicated helplines: 0299208928 and 0299208948.
