Kumawood actor Big Akwes has weighed in on the ongoing support for comedian Funny Face, following Funny Face’s public praise for Kwaku Manu’s assistance during his mental health challenges.
In a video shared on social media on November 17, 2025, Big Akwes suggested that Kwaku Manu should consider selling Funny Face’s house in Kasoa and relocating him to a safer environment in Accra, such as Amasaman or Lakeside. He believes that staying in Kasoa exposes Funny Face to negative influences and could hinder his recovery.
Big Akwes stressed that moving Funny Face would protect him from harmful associations and allow him to maintain his progress, shielding him from people or situations that could trigger setbacks. The actor argued that relocation could create a healthier, more supportive environment for the comedian to regain stability.
