Recent social media speculation claimed that the veteran broadcaster had been dismissed due to allegations that he was making the brand “unpopular.” Some reports even suggested that Sefa Kayi had sought the intervention of influential figures to overturn the alleged decision, but to no avail.
Addressing the claims in a recent interview, Sefa Kayi dismissed them as baseless, affirming that he remains employed and continues his work as usual. He urged the public to disregard the false reports, emphasizing that such distractions would not deter him from his duties.
