A video created by a young Ghanaian woman has triggered widespread discussion on social media. In the footage, she levels broad accusations at Ga men, claiming they are often abusive toward their partners and generally lack motivation.

The video was inspired by the recent viral domestic violence case involving Bra Yaw and Harriet Amuzu. The creator asserts that, even before the man’s tribal identity became known, she suspected he was Ga.

She went on to argue that a visit to Ga communities would reveal a pattern of domestic abuse that is normalized in those households. Beyond abuse, she also criticized Ga men for being lazy and failing to actively support their spouses’ ambitions.

To reinforce her point, the woman shared a personal anecdote, saying her grandmother had married a Ga man and suffered significant physical abuse during the marriage. The video has since generated a heated debate online, with opinions sharply divided over her assertions.
