Agradaa’s Mom Shuts Down Claims Sofo Asiamah Was Kicked Out

As controversy brews in the aftermath of Nana Agradaa’s 15-year prison sentence, her mother has stepped forward to shoot down viral claims suggesting that Sofo Asiamah, a known associate of the jailed evangelist, had been thrown out of her residence.

During a service at Heaven’s Way Chapel on Sunday, Agradaa’s mother labeled the allegations as “dangerous falsehoods,” adding that the pastor in question remains trusted by the family and is still very much part of their inner circle.

She described Sofo Asiamah as a faithful man who has stood by her daughter, rejecting the notion that the family was attempting to sever ties with him.

The storm began when Nana Agradaa’s brother — popularly known as Sofo 1 Gig — appeared in a video bragging that he had successfully removed Sofo Asiamah from his sister’s home. The clip went viral and stoked speculation of growing friction within the family and their ministry.

But Agradaa’s mother has come out swinging, making it clear that not only was her son’s claim false, but his efforts to force Asiamah out were unsuccessful.

According to her, the brother was acting on his own and should not be seen as speaking for the family. She condemned his behaviour, warning that now is not the time to sow seeds of conflict while the family is already dealing with a painful situation.

She urged the public to dismiss any divisive narratives being pushed online, emphasizing that unity is what the family needs at this time.
