In a Facebook post dated September 7, Ofosu Nkansah, a staunch Bawumia loyalist, dismissed the claims as political fluff. He argued that without data or credible research, such declarations are meaningless—and anyone could make them. To drive the point home, he cheekily declared himself “more loved by the grassroots” than those very contenders.
He ended his post with a satirical flourish, signing off as “Osee Opoofo, the most popular”—a direct jab at aspirants who repeatedly tout their popularity without evidence.
