Sarkodie has sparked excitement among fans after hinting at the possibility of dropping another cypher-style hit with Kumasi rappers.

Speaking after his electrifying Rapperholic Homecoming concert in Kumasi, the rapper admitted that the energy from local artistes gave him ideas for a new collaborative project. He suggested that a follow-up to his iconic track “Trumpet” — which featured some of Ghana’s hottest rap voices years ago — could soon materialise, this time spotlighting Kumasi talent.

According to Sarkodie, the synergy he witnessed in Kumasi proved that the city is overflowing with raw energy and rap creativity. He said bringing together some of the region’s emerging stars on one record would not only celebrate Kumerica’s growing influence but also recreate the same excitement that “Trumpet” generated when it dropped.
