Ghanaian entrepreneur and real estate magnate Freedom Jacob Caesar, also known as Cheddar, recently offered insights into business, wealth creation, and strategic investments during an interview with The Venture Room, a U.S.-based finance and entrepreneurship platform.
He emphasized that aspiring entrepreneurs should focus on generating value for society rather than just pursuing financial gain. According to Cheddar, recognition and long-term success come from contributing meaningfully to people’s lives and addressing societal needs.
Cheddar identified real estate as his primary area of business, highlighting it as a highly profitable sector. He did not disclose his personal earnings but stressed that the industry provides significant opportunities for wealth creation.
On investment strategy, Cheddar recommended prioritizing assets over traditional banking systems, suggesting that carefully selected investments can offer better returns than simply keeping funds in banks.
He also shared a global perspective for investors, noting that Africa holds substantial potential for industrial ventures because of its rich reserves of critical minerals and petrochemicals. Europe, he added, remains optimal for hospitality and tourism investments, while Africa offers promising prospects in low-income housing development.
Cheddar’s guidance provides a roadmap for entrepreneurs and investors seeking sustainable growth, blending practical business strategies with a focus on societal impact.
