A heartbreaking incident has struck the community of Manso Ntinanko in the Ashanti Region after a motorcycle crash involving three young boys ended in tragedy.
Reports indicate that one of the victims, who had been receiving emergency care at the Manso Nkwanta District Hospital, has sadly passed away. The two remaining victims are in critical condition and may have their legs amputated due to the severity of their injuries.
According to eyewitnesses, the crash occurred when a speeding driver lost control of his vehicle and rammed into the boys’ motorcycle. The unidentified driver reportedly fled the scene immediately, leaving the victims behind in a pool of blood.
Medical officials confirmed that all three sustained serious injuries, primarily to their legs, with doctors describing the condition of the surviving victims as dire.
A video that surfaced online before the tragic update showed one of the boys writhing in pain, expressing regret for leaving home against his mother’s warning that night. The emotional clip has since left many Ghanaians heartbroken as the community grapples with the devastating loss.
Police are reportedly searching for the driver involved in the accident as investigations continue into the cause of the deadly crash.
