“This recognition carries a special meaning because it comes from professionals who understand the real work behind the title.

The planning, the problem-solving, the coordination and the responsibility of keeping spaces safe and productive are often unseen; yet, they shape how organisations function every day,” she said.

She added that the company would continue to develop practical solutions and adopt innovative approaches to ensure that workplaces remained safe, productive and resilient.

Experience

A professional with over 10 years of experience, Ms Swanzy has contributed to a deeper appreciation of facility management as a strategic pillar within organisational planning, helping institutions to recognise the value of structured facility governance in achieving continuity and long-term sustainability.

The 2025 end-of-year dinner and awards night also featured a keynote from the Deputy Minister of Works, Housing and Water Resources, Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui, who emphasised that Ghana’s infrastructure future depended on how deliberately the country integrated professional facility management into policy, planning, and practice.

Audrey Swanzy also congratulated the AskAudrey1st team and colleagues across the industry on their dedication and professionalism, which continue to raise the standard of facility management in Ghana and help organisations operate more efficiently and sustainably.
