The Ministry of the Interior has announced the commencement of Phase II of recruitment into Ghana’s internal security agencies under the Centralized Services E-Recruitment Portal (C-SERP) for the 2025/2026 enlistment cycle.

In a public notice, the Ministry said documentation and body inspection for applicants who successfully passed Phase I of the recruitment process will begin on January 12, 2026, and run until February 4, 2026.

The exercise will be conducted in stages, starting with applicants to the Ghana Police Service, followed by the Ghana Prisons Service, Ghana National Fire Service, and the Ghana Immigration Service, in that order.

According to the notice, only Police Service applicants are currently being scheduled for the screening, while details for applicants to the other services will be updated after January 15, 2026.

Applicants are expected to receive SMS notifications indicating their exact date, time and screening centre.

They can also log onto the C-SERP portal to confirm their screening details and assigned session, whether morning or noon.

Morning applicants are required to report by 7:00 a.m., while noon applicants must report by 12:00 noon, with officials warning that failure to adhere strictly to reporting times could lead to disqualification.
