Self-styled doomsday prophet Ebo Noah has been granted bail of GH¢100,000 by the court, with two sureties, one of whom must provide verifiable security in the form of a landed property or a vehicle. The case has been adjourned to 18th March, 2026 for further hearing.

The decision was welcomed by the accused’s legal team. Speaking to the media after the ruling, Lawyer Emmanuel Sarfo described the court’s decision as a fair exercise of judicial discretion.

“Thankfully, the court has exercised its discretion because discretion must always be fair, reasonable and just. So, it exercised it well pursuant to our laws and admitted our accused to bail with any property, with a landed property or a vehicle, in the amount of GHS100,000, and that is all,” he stated.

The bail conditions require Ebo Noah to provide two sureties to guarantee his appearance in court, with one surety backed by tangible property.

The court emphasised that compliance with these conditions is mandatory, and failure to adhere could result in the revocation of bail.
