Lawyer Kusi, lawyer for Akosua Serwaa, has insisted that, before Daddy Lumba bought the farm, he was still married to Akosua Serwaa.
Lawyer Kusi made the statement during an exclusive interview on Orange FM monitored by Gh Page.
Lawyer Kusi has stated that even though the marriage of Daddy Lumba and Akosua Serwaa is not officially recognized, as long as they have not officially broken up, they are still married.
The lawyer noted that even if they had lived separately for as long as 80 years, as long as they had not officially divorced, they were still considered a couple.
Speaking on reports that Akosua Serwaa abandoned Daddy Lumba for 17 years, Lawyer Kusi stated that it was Daddy Lumba who left his matrimonial home, and not Akosua Serwaa as it has been speculated.
The lawyer believes that if anyone abandoned the other, it was Daddy Lumba who abandoned Akosua Serwaa.
