The Ghana Education Service (GES) has cautioned the public against a letter circulating on social media that alleges the commencement of recruitment into the Service, describing the document as fake.

In a statement dated January 23 and signed by the Head of Public Relations, Daniel Fenyi, GES management said it had taken note of the purported recruitment letter but clarified that recruitment has not yet begun and that the document did not originate from the Service.

According to the statement, any official recruitment exercise by the GES will be announced exclusively through its authorised and official platforms when the process formally begins.

The Service therefore advised the public to disregard and treat as false any recruitment announcements that do not emanate from its approved communication channels.
