The legal representative for Frederick “Abu Trica” Kumi and his two co-accused has stated that while the court discharged his clients upon the prosecution’s withdrawal of charges, they were subsequently re-arrested by the Narcotics Control Commission. The attorney indicated this may be an administrative measure—a possibility he has not yet officially confirmed.
