NPP flagbearer hopeful Kennedy Agyapong is set to address party delegates in an interactive session dubbed “KEN SPEAKS” on Thursday evening, ahead of the New Patriotic Party’s presidential primary scheduled for Sunday, 31 January.
The engagement is expected to provide Mr Agyapong with an opportunity to articulate his vision for the party and the country, while directly engaging delegates on key issues shaping the contest.
The event comes at a critical moment in the campaign, with delegates preparing to vote in what is expected to be a keenly contested primary.
In a Facebook post to announce the engagement, he said “I speak as a man who has carried this party in difficult times, stood by our people when it was not convenient, and refused to walk away when hope seemed distant. This journey has never been about power for me, it has always been about duty.”
“To every delegate who believes in courage over comfort, truth over silence and service over self, this message is for you. Our party stands at a crossroads and the choices we make now will shape Ghana for generations,” he added.
