Stanislav Dogbe is a Deputy Chief of Staff at the Presidency
An incident involving a Deputy Chief of Staff at the Presidency, Stanislav Xose Dogbe, has drawn public attention after he was seen shoving a military officer who was carrying out official media duties during the Ghana Military Academy (GMA) graduation parade on Friday, January 30, 2026.
The moment, which was captured on video occurred shortly after President John Dramani Mahama arrival at the parade grounds.

President Mahama departed from his usual corporate attire, fully dressed in the ceremonial uniform of the Ghana Air Force, complete with the appropriate accoutrements.

As he moved to the ceremonial area, exchanging pleasantries with some guests at the event, a soldier who was filming the graduation ceremony, alongside other accredited media personnel was shoved by Stanislav Dogbe.
Following the incident, the Deputy Chief of Staff has apologised to the soldier.
In a post shared on his page, he wrote,”This is to apologise to my friend, Cpl Ofosu, for physically pushing him away after his repeated disruption of a live camera operator during today’s ceremony.I know he and my other friends in uniform will accept my apology as we work to enhance and improve our existing collaboration at events”.
