National Service Authority activates new portal for nurses, teachers

The National Service Authority (NSA) has directed all 2025/2026 national service personnel in the teaching and nursing sectors, to register on a newly activated online portal to secure their allowances.

It said failure to register on the portal could lead to delay processing of the monthly stipend as the NSA seeks to enhance services in that area.

The move to a dedicated portal for teachers and nurses represents a streamlined digital approach by the NSA for managing the registration and evaluation of a portion of the national service cohort, directly tying administrative compliance to the crucial flow of monthly allowances.

A press release signed by Director-General Ruth Dela Seddoh,  announced that the “new NSA Student Portal has been activated for registration and access to monthly evaluation forms

“Eligible 2025/2026 service personnel (Teachers and Nurses) are hereby directed to visit the portal at and click on ‘TEACHERS AND NURSES ENROLLMENT 2025/26’ to complete the required registration process.”

The release clarifies that, “Upon successful registration, service personnel are to download and complete their Monthly Evaluation Form for January 2026, which is required for allowance processing and payment.”

The NSA has underscored the urgency of the process, advising personnel that failure to comply could impact their finances.

“All eligible personnel are strongly advised to complete this process promptly to avoid any delays in allowance payment,” the statement reads. It further urges personnel to “ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate.”

It further issued a standard caution against misinformation, warning personnel to “rely only on official NSA communication channels for authentic information and to disregard any unofficial instructions.”
