Frederick Kumi, known by the pseudonym Abu Trica has divulged why he has taken legal action against EOCO, the FBI, the Interior ministry and NACOC.
Abu Trica has become a topic of online discussion after he decided to take legal action against the aforementioned groups of people.
In a lengthy post sighted by Gh Page, the “Big Man” disclosed why he chose to sue EOCO, the FBI among others earlier today, February 9, 2026.
According to Abu Trica, several factors triggered his decision to take legal action against the aforementioned categories of people, however, what stands tall among them is that;
Abu Trica claims that from morning to evening on the day of his arrest, December 11, even though he was in handcuffs throughout, he was denied food, water, and other basic needs.
Abu Trica mentioned that apart from being handcuffed from morning to evening, he was threatened and intimidated, revealing that he wasn’t allowed to even hire a lawyer of his choice.
Abu Trica also stressed the fact that while he was in handcuffs, he was recorded and before he realized, the video flew across social media platforms, adding that a state agency issued a public statement where he was labeled as a notorious cyber criminal.
