Ghanaian journalist, known for his ability to maneuver under intense conditions, Rashad Emmanuel has slapped sense into NPP bigwigs, Hon. Asenso Boakye and Hon. Vicent Ekow Assafuah.
The Gh Page boss has respectfully asked the aforementioned duo to shut up, stating that they shouldn’t act like the billy goat that only remembers the road to its owner’s house when its leg is broken.
Rashad has said that the one eating the vegetables is the one behind it, and, an elephant cannot hide behind the shrub, hence, if there is anyone to be blamed for the roads in Kumasi being in deplorable states, it is Hon. Asenso Boakye and the Ashanti caucus in parliament.
Speaking on the recent episode of his show dubbed “The Rash Hour” which aired across Gh Page socials, Rashad disclosed that when NPP was in power, a meeting occurred among the bigwigs that involved former President Akufo-Addo, Asenso Boakye, and Hon. Assafuah.
According to Rashad, the focus of the meeting was to ensure that the roads in Kumasi that were in their deplorable states were taken care of, however, and shockingly enough, Hon. Asenso Boakye and his people did not agree to it.
The brain behind Gh Page noted that the information was available to all and sundry via Garbby Okyere Darko, who disclosed that the Ashanti Caucus in Parliament kicked against the fixing of roads in Kumasi.
To Rashad, he is yet to understand why after kicking against such a good initiative, among others, Hon. Asenso Boakye and his people are acting as though they care for the people of Kumasi.
Respectfully, Rashad has asked Hon. Asenso Boakye and the NPP to keep their mouths shut and stop making the people of Kumasi angry.
