A video of a traffic accident victim begging for assistance has caused a great deal of resentment among Ghanaians on social media, according to a story published on Saturday, February 14, 2026. In the brief video, a victim says, “Help me, the video is not important,” as those in the vicinity concentrate more on documenting the incident than providing immediate aid.

Many people on the internet have been moved by the injured person’s moving plea, which has led to harsh criticism of how some bystanders respond to tragic tragedies.Rather than hurrying to help the victims, several social media users attacked those who were filming. The video, according to critics, showed a concerning trend in which some people are more concerned with filming upsetting scenes than saving lives.
