Entertainment pundit Arnold Asamoah Baidoo has weighed in on the recent social media uproar surrounding a series of viral videos involving a Russian man who allegedly lured some Ghanaian women into his hotel room and secretly recorded intimate acts.
Speaking on United Showbiz in a discussion shared on X on February 22, 2026, Arnold stated that the women involved in the viral videos should be held accountable for their actions.
According to him, individuals who argue that the women should be shielded from social media criticism are missing the point, adding that shifting the blame is unwarranted.

“Why are you saying that we are classifying the women as cheap and that we should protect them? We don’t have the time to protect them. Where is the sense of accountability and responsibility? Women should be held accountable for their actions,” he said.
Arnold further noted that the women featured in the video should render an unqualified apology to Ghanaians.
He also shared his views on comments made by Sam George regarding the extradition of the Russian man, describing the statement as hast.

Arnold insisted that the extradition issue would eventually amount to nothing.
“They should come out and apologise for their actions and stop the blame game. I find it interesting and laughable at the same time. It was clear that Sam George didn’t do his research or consult the Russian constitution before speaking for the first time… This case will go nowhere,” he added.
