The general secretary for the New Patriotic Party, Justin Kodua has stated emphatically that anyone who thinks Dr. Bawumia will win the 2028 general elections is deceiving themselves.
The General Secretary made the statement during an interview with Kwame Tanko on Lawson FM’s “Ghana Se Sen” show, monitored by Gh Page.
Speaking during the interview, the general secretary reacted to reports that NPP Bigwig, Kennedy Agyapong has kept an arm’s length from the party.
Justin Kodua falsified such claims, stating that there is no iota of truth in such, hence, Ghanaians should sweep them under the carpet.
Justin Kodua went on to advise the members of the New Patriotic Party to be careful of their utterances, stating that it makes no sense for members of the NPP to say that they do not care whether or not Kennedy Agyapong leaves the party.
The general secretary noted that the strength of the broom is in its numbers, hence, Kennedy Agyapong and his members are still needed to win power.
He revealed that, the fact that Dr. Bawumia won the NPP presidential primaries doesn’t necessarily mean that he would win the general election, stating that anyone who thinks that way is deceiving themselves.
