Felicia Adjei is the MP for for Kintampo South Constituency
The member of Parliament for Kintampo South Constituency, Felicia Adjei has fiercely condemned social media tags associated with female members of parliament.
Speaking to veteran radio host of Onua FM, Black Rasta, she expressed shock over the reaction of some Ghanaians on social media for trolling Millicent Amankwa, MP for Sunyani West.
She noted that the MPs represent people who are largely used to the local dialect. “So what use is the big grammar to that my constituent who doesn’t understand English”? She queried!
She praised Millicent for her good performance as a female MP and the youngest MP in the current parliament. To her, the emphasis should be on one’s performance as MP and not how good they are able to speak English.
