Fellix Kwakye Ofosu is Minister of State in charge of Government Communications
Minister of State in charge of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu, has disclosed that over one hundred former government appointees are being investigated under the Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL).
He made the revelation on Key Points on TV3 on Saturday, February 28, 2026, pointing out the scope of the government’s ongoing anti-corruption efforts.
“Over 100 appointees are being investigated… the people affected by ORAL are the ones claiming ORAL is not working,” Kwakye-Ofosu said.

He further stressed the government’s commitment to legal procedures.
“As I speak to you, in some of the cases, the Attorney General has finished making his case. But you see, due process is necessary…There will never be a time for as long as we remain under constitutional governance that any government can act extrajudicially (1:40) and punish young people because they have been accused. You must go through due process,” Kwakye-Ofosu stated.
The Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) committee was established by President John Dramani Mahama to investigate corruption and retrieve misappropriated state assets.
