MultiPro Private Limited–Ghana has paid a courtesy call on the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Dr Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, as part of its Ramadan outreach activities aimed at strengthening relations with the Muslim community and supporting families during the fasting season.

The visit, undertaken during the 2026 Ramadan period, formed part of the company’s broader efforts to demonstrate solidarity with Muslim communities, particularly residents of Zongo areas across the country.

A delegation of senior management from the company was received at the residence of the Chief Imam alongside other Islamic leaders and dignitaries.

During the visit, MultiPro Ghana presented assorted food items to support Muslim households observing the Ramadan fast.

The items included Indomie Instant Noodles, Kellogg’s Cornflakes and Cocopops, Minimie Atsomo, Add Me Groundnut Paste and Munch It Snacks.

According to the company, the donation is intended to assist Muslim families during Suhoor, the pre-dawn meal, and Iftar, the evening meal used to break the fast.

Company officials said such support was aimed at easing the burden on families during the fasting period while promoting nutrition and togetherness.

Speaking during the visit, the Category Brand Manager for the Noodles Category at MultiPro Ghana, Jessica Quaynor, said the initiative reflected the company’s respect for the values associated with Ramadan.

“Ramadan is a time of reflection, unity, and compassion. And we understand that Balanced Nutrition is essential, especially during fasting period. As a company that serves millions of Ghanaian households across multiple food categories, we remain committed to supporting families with convenient nutrition while honoring the faith and values that guide this holy season.

Quoting the Holy Quran, “For the Almighty Allah does not need your support, but if you support mankind, it is a gesture to His mankind”, our gesture is deeply rooted in the desire to serve and uplift others.

Today’s visit is a symbol of our respect and solidarity with the Muslim community, who have supported our business for generations.”

The National Chief Imam expressed appreciation for the gesture and welcomed the company’s support for Muslim communities during the holy month.

The courtesy call also marks the beginning of a broader Ramadan initiative by the company.

MultiPro Ghana announced plans to extend its outreach to approximately 24,000 Muslims through engagements at about 65 mosques across the country during Iftar gatherings.

The programme will involve serving hot meals of Indomie Instant Noodles, which the company says are enriched with essential vitamins and minerals.

Through the initiative, the company aims to promote communal meals during the fasting season while strengthening ties with communities that have supported its brands over the years.
