Bolt Ghana has recorded strong participation in its International Women’s Day campaign, “She Moves to Win 2.0,” receiving 1,170 applications from women-led businesses across the country.
The entries span multiple sectors, reflecting the diverse needs and growth ambitions of female entrepreneurs.
Teddy Appa-Dankyi, Senior General Manager of Bolt West Africa, said: “Reaching 1,170 applications within a few days shows that when we provide clear pathways to funding, women are ready to take the opportunity to grow their businesses.”
The Duafe Foundation is managing the selection and disbursement process to ensure the grants have maximum impact.
Bolt Ghana will announce the final beneficiaries and present the grants at a prize-giving event on March 28, 2026.
