The Chief Executive of Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA), Richard Ofori Agyeman Boadi, has announced an overhaul of traffic organisation in the Central Business District.

The road management plan indicates that the stretch of road from A-Life to Boss FM will undergo significant change as it will be converted into a one-way route.

Additionally, another section of road, specifically from Adum Melcom to Aseda House, will also be designated as a one-way street.

This alteration is expected to impact traffic flow and navigation in the area.

These changes are part of efforts to improve traffic management and reduce congestion in the area.

Drivers are advised to take note of these changes to plan their routes accordingly.

In a Facebook post, the mayor said the reorganisation will take effect soon.

“Traffic reorganisation will soon take effect within the CBD: the stretch from A-Life to Boss FM will be converted into a one-way route, while the road from Adum Melcom to Aseda House will also operate as a one-way street.”
