The Paramount Chief of Nkoranza Traditional Area, Oheneba Kwame Baffoe Pim, Nkoranzahene, has sent prayers to his traditional father, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

In his message, Nkoranzahene expressed deep gratitude for Otumfuo’s life and leadership, describing the Asantehene as a pillar of wisdom and unity for Asanteman and Ghana.

Oheneba prayed for God’s continued blessings upon the King and for strength as he carries the weight of the Golden Stool.

“As your son, I seize this moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and to pray for God’s abundant blessings upon you. May you continue to flourish in all good things and remain a great blessing to Asanteman and to Ghana. I also pray for your long life and good health, that we may continue to cherish and benefit from your presence. God bless you.”

Born on May 6, 1950, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II ascended the Golden Stool in April 1999 and has since been credited with strengthening the cultural authority of the Asante Kingdom while promoting development in education, healthcare, and peacebuilding.

His Majesty’s leadership has also fostered unity and stability, extending his influence beyond Asanteman to the national and international stage.
