Pastor Adeboye Reveals Shocking Threat from Obsessed Married Woman

Pastor Enoch Adeboye, General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God, has revealed how a married woman became dangerously obsessed with him, going as far as threatening his wife’s life.

The revelation came during the grand finale of the 2025 Special Victory Hour programme.

According to Pastor Adeboye, the woman, who held a senior position at the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), boldly walked into his office and claimed that God had destined him to be her husband.

Despite being married herself and seemingly older than Pastor Adeboye, she insisted on her claim.

Attempts to resolve the situation proved futile. Pastor Adeboye stated that his team contacted the woman’s husband, yet she remained adamant.

The matter was subsequently reported to the local police, where the Divisional Police Officer (DPO) warned her to stay away from the church’s camp. However, the woman refused to comply, making a chilling threat to Pastor Adeboye’s wife.

“If you don’t allow me to marry him, I will kill you,” she reportedly said. Pastor Adeboye described the incident as evidence of the persistent influence of negative forces, highlighting that such unsettling experiences are not uncommon in spiritual leadership.

The pastor’s account has since stirred discussions online, with many expressing shock at the lengths some individuals might go under the guise of divine direction.
