U.S.-based Ghanaian media personality and rideshare driver, Afia Schwarzenegger, has sparked outrage with her reaction to Kofi Adoma’s recent revelation about the severity of the eye injury he sustained while covering a festival in Dormaa Ahenkro last December.
Kofi Adoma, a presenter at Angel Broadcasting Network (ABN) and the host of Kofi TV, broke his silence on Thursday, March 13, shedding light on the extent of his injury.
After seeking medical treatment abroad, Adoma finally opened up about the suffering he’s endured since the incident, sharing details of the injury and the treatments he’s received both in Ghana and overseas.
In an emotional press conference, Adoma expressed his frustrations about the lack of support he’s received, particularly from the Dormaahene, Osagyefo Oseeadeayo Nana Agyeman Badu II.
Adoma revealed that he was left shocked and disappointed by Nana’s failure to check on him, despite being injured while covering a program organized by the Dormaahene. He thanked individuals like Ibrahim Mahama and Dr. Kwaku Oteng, who stepped up to offer their assistance.
