Charles Kwadwo Fosuh, well known as Daddy Lumba, was a late highlife legend. According to his family head, his attorneys are the most qualified to handle issues pertaining to his will and property distribution.Victor Kofi Owusu clarified that he is not in charge of handling the musician’s estate, stating that the lawyers and the immediate family are the only ones who should handle such affairs.His remarks coincide with news that the Accra High Court has verified that Daddy Lumba has not left a will at the Probate and Administration Division.No last will was discovered during an official registration check that was purportedly carried out as part of the legal procedure to administer the well-known musician’s estate.The court responded on January 19, 2026, stating that Charles Kwadwo Fosuh had not submitted a will.
