Bishop Kwabena Boakye Asiamah, widely recognized as Ajagurajah, has officially extended forgiveness to US-based Ghanaian social media personality Young Don, following a turbulent history of verbal attacks and public drama.
The decision came after Young Don reportedly reached out to the spiritual leader with a heartfelt plea for forgiveness. According to Ajagurajah, the controversial commentator made contact after surviving a serious car accident, an experience he claimed changed his outlook on life.
During their private conversation, Young Don expressed remorse over the offensive remarks he had previously hurled at the bishop and his family. He also apologized for his harsh words directed at other high-profile figures, including Otumfuo Osei Tutu II and former President John Mahama.
Ajagurajah revealed that he only agreed to move forward after instructing Young Don to issue a public apology to all those he had previously insulted. The spiritual leader emphasized that forgiveness must be backed by genuine repentance—and Young Don appeared willing to take those steps.
Since then, Young Don has posted multiple apologies on his social media platforms and announced his plans to return to Ghana later this year. According to him, the visit will be an opportunity to personally express his remorse to Ajagurajah and others he disrespected in the past.
Ajagurajah stated that although the past cannot be undone, choosing to forgive was the right thing to do—especially when someone sincerely asks for it.
