Flights at Copenhagen Airport, Denmark’s busiest air hub, were abruptly grounded on Sunday night after multiple drones were spotted hovering near the airfield.

Police confirmed the shutdown in a statement on X, noting that the airport would remain closed until further notice. “The time horizon is currently unknown,” the statement read, as officers launched investigations to trace the source of the drones.
