The driver, identified online as Annor Joseph, clearly excitedly spelled out a set of “rules” for his first passengers in a video that went viral on TikTok.
His list, which he jokingly nicknamed the “Ten Commandments,” addressed frequent errors and misconduct he had observed in commercial transportation over the years.
