Correction – Graphic Online

We refer to a news publication headlined ‘Fidelity Chairman urges Colombia to deepen with West African Banks’ published in the Daily Graphic dated Thursday, December, 2025 (p.40).

Upon review, we acknowledge that the wording of the headline may have inadvertently created the impression that the statement was made by the Board Chairman of Fidelity Bank. 

This was not our intention. The reference was, in fact, to the Honorary General Counsel of Colombia and founding shareholder of Fidelity Bank Ghana and not the Board Chair of the Bank.

We regret any confusion this may have caused readers and stakeholders. As a newspaper committed to accuracy, fairness, and responsible journalism, we consider it important to place this clarification on record to ensure the correct context is clearly understood.
