Couple arrested for killing 4-year-old son who broke their plasma TV
A shocking crime has come to light in Boitekong, outside Rustenberg, North West, where a mother and her boyfriend have been arrested for the alleged murder of a 4-year-old child.
The boy’s tragic fate was sealed when he accidentally broke a plasma TV while playing at home, sparking a brutal reaction from the couple.
The incident occurred in July 2023, but it wasn’t until recently that concerned neighbors noticed the child’s absence and began asking questions.
The mother, 31, attempted to cover up the crime with fabricated stories, but the community’s suspicions grew. They enlisted the help of their local Councillor, who confronted the mother, leading to her confession and revelation of the shallow grave where the child’s body was buried.
The couple, including the stepfather, 26, are now in custody, facing charges related to the heinous crime. The community’s vigilance and determination brought the truth to light, ensuring justice for the innocent young victim.
