Criss Waddle (L) has praised and President Mahama (R) over economic achievements

Music mogul and rapper Criss Waddle has heaped praise on President John Dramani Mahama over what he has observed as Ghana’s glowing economic turnaround under the National Democratic Congress (NDC).

In a viral post on X on January 29, 2026, the entrepreneur listed some multiple road projects he had observed, the appreciation of the cedi to the dollar and the accompanying reduction in fuel prices as well as a reduction in inflation.

Waddle jokingly asked if the President had engaged in traditional rituals before assuming office to be able to achieve such turnarounds.
