Dreams FC have officially announced the departure of assistant coach Fiifi Parker Hanson after a short spell with the club.
In a statement, Dreams FC confirmed that Hanson resigned from his role after indicating his desire to return to his struggling Division Two League club. Management subsequently accepted his resignation.
“Coach Hanson expressed his desire to return to his struggling Division Two club in his letter of resignation, which has since been accepted by management,” the club said. “The club places on record its appreciation to the departed coach and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.”
Hanson joined Dreams FC ahead of the 2025/26 football season as Assistant Coach One, having moved from Division One League side Golden Kicks FC. Despite expectations of contributing to the club’s technical progress, his stay was cut short.
Sources indicate that Hanson formally submitted his resignation last Friday evening, and the decision was later communicated to the playing body.
Dreams FC have since moved swiftly to ensure continuity, opting to continue the campaign with former Legon Cities assistant coach Saeed Adnan, who will work alongside Winfred Dormon as the club aims to stabilise its technical bench for the remainder of the season.
