ECG: Prophet Kofi Oduro Demands Justice Over Disappearance of Containers at Port

Prophet Kofi Oduro, leader of Alabaster International Ministry, has demanded accountability for the disappearance of over 1,300 containers from Ghana’s port.

Addressing his congregation on Sunday, March 30, 2025, he stressed that such a large-scale incident could not have occurred without the involvement of key officials responsible for port operations.

According to him, those who facilitated the movement of the containers should be arrested, as no shipment can exit the port without passing through the necessary security checks.

He pointed out that the incident was not an isolated act but rather an organized scheme involving multiple individuals in positions of authority.

His remarks follow recent reports that a group of Chinese nationals were arrested in connection with the missing containers.

However, he suggested that these arrests only scratch the surface, as they represent a small percentage of those truly responsible. He believes that the full network behind the operation has yet to be uncovered.

The disappearance of the containers has sparked widespread public outrage, with many Ghanaians demanding transparency and accountability from authorities.

Energy Minister John Jinapor recently revealed that 40 of the missing containers were found in a warehouse in Kpone, linked to an Indian national who has since been taken into custody.

Despite this, questions remain regarding how such a large number of containers could vanish undetected.
