Ex-Access Bank Worker Caught Filming Naked Colleagues—Over 400 Videos Discovered

A shocking privacy breach has rocked Access Bank after a former quality assurance officer, Stephen Ifeanyichukwu Ejezie, was exposed for planting hidden cameras to secretly film his colleagues—many of them naked—in the bank’s restrooms.

The disturbing incident reportedly took place around 1:30 a.m. when Ejezie allegedly sneaked into the female restroom and set up a recording device.

One unsuspecting female staff member, while taking a bath, noticed a phone suspiciously positioned inside the toilet cubicle.

When staff members forced the door open, Ejezie was discovered inside, unable to provide a credible explanation for his presence or the ongoing recording.

Following the incident, authorities raided Ejezie’s residence and made a chilling discovery: more than 400 video files, all containing footage of his coworkers in compromising situations.

The materials were reportedly stored on his laptop, and sources claim he had been distributing them via online platforms like Telegram and OnlyFans, targeting international buyers, particularly in India and Western countries.

Despite being described by former coworkers as “calm” and “high-performing,” the revelation has left staff at Access Bank reeling.

Many employees, especially women, are traumatized, uncertain if they were among those filmed, and fearful about how the footage might be used in the future.

Reports suggest that the bank’s initial response was to hold a meeting emphasizing strict bans on overnight stays and warning of legal consequences for future misconduct.

However, staff have expressed disappointment, noting that real emotional or psychological support has not been provided to those affected.

There is growing concern among employees that the bank may prioritize protecting its public image over delivering justice and support for victims. As of now, Access Bank has not issued any public statement addressing the incident.
