Former Chelsea youth player Lamisha Musonda has shared an emotional update on his health, revealing that he is in a critical condition and fighting for his life.

In a deeply personal message, Musonda disclosed that doctors have warned he may have only “a few days left” to live, describing the moment as one that brought painful clarity but also gratitude for the people who have stood by him.

“When I realised that I might have only a few days left, I also realised that many people were by my side, and I will always cherish those memories. Life is hard, but the view is beautiful,” he said.

The 33‑year‑old, who once came through Chelsea’s youth system, explained that the past two years have been an exhausting and difficult period as he battles serious health problems.

“Life is made up of ups and downs, and no one can truly understand the pain you are going through,” Musonda wrote.

He also explained that his prolonged absence from social media was due to the seriousness of his condition.

“I have to face reality, my health is critical, and I am now fighting to survive,” he said.

Despite the gravity of the situation, Musonda insisted he has not lost hope.

He revealed that his family is standing firmly with him as he continues his fight, and he appealed for prayers and support from the football community and the public.

“My family and I are fighting, and I will not give up until my very last breath,” he added.

Messages of support have already begun to pour in, with fans and former teammates expressing solidarity with the footballer during one of the most challenging moments of his life.
